Battlefield 3 How to convet Russian to English Language Packs

This is for all those who purchased Battlefield 3 codes from my ebay (http://www.ebay.ca/sch/sask_electronics/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686). This is a tutorial on how to convert from the standard Russian language to English. This can be used to any other language as well but I will be concentrating on just the English translation, not any other.

Follow these steps in order and you will have no problems, if you do you can always contact us through our ebay page and we will be happy to help. I am assuming here that you have purchased the RU legal key and downloaded Battlefield via Origin downloader.

Follow instructions directly, if you screw up just start over and write over any files already existing. Order is NOT important but must be all must be done.

1. Download this file: http://d01.megashares.com/dl/HyPvJjx/Downloads.rar
it contains updates needed for BF3 English. Its ok if you already launched and updated the game. Please do this anyways.

2. Download this file: http://d01.megashares.com/index.php?d01=yUvrObj
it contains the files to fix some black screen issues with ALL version of BF3.

3.  Extract the files from step 1 (Download.rar) into the folder C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3DataWin32Loc (If you do not have a Program Files (x86) folder then try find the Origin Games in the Program Files folder (without the x86))

4. Extract the files from step 2 (DLL.rar) into the folder C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3 (If you do not have a Program Files (x86) folder then try find the Origin Games in the Program Files folder (without the x86))

5. Download the multi-language pack here: http://d01.megashares.com/dl/pBhUtOd/Lang.rar

6. Extract the files from step 5 (Lang.rar) to  C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3DataWin32Loc (If you do not have a Program Files (x86) folder then try find the Origin Games in the Program Files folder (without the x86))

7. Click on your start menu (bottom left corner), type into the search bar "regedit" (without quotes) and press enter

8. Go to the directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeEA GamesBattlefield 3.

9. Find where is says "Locale" and right click on that word. Then click on "Modify"

10. Enter in "en_US" (without quotes)

11. Find where is says "GDFBinary" and right click on that word. Then click on "Modify"

12. Change the last characters starting at the "ru" to "en_US" so it should look something like (C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3GDFBinary_en_US.dll)

13. Last step. Download this file: http://d01.megashares.com/dl/ClguaMF/BF3 Lang Changer.exe 
Save it (Order copy it)  to the C:Program Files (x86)Origin GamesBattlefield 3folder
click Activate when you run it (Run as Admin ONLY please)

Restart Origin and play in English
